At Petecoart each product is manufactured on demand with your pet's portrait. Before printing, we always send you the digital design for you to approve, so when you receive the product you already know exactly what art it will have. That's why We do not accept returns due to a change of mind about the design. once approved.

When do we accept returns?

We accept returns and refunds in two specific cases:

Printing defect: The approved art does not match what was printed, there are stains, incorrect colors, misaligned cropping, etc.
Product damaged in shipping: The item arrives clearly broken, torn, stained or with any physical damage attributable to shipping or packaging.

Deadline to claim

Have 14 days from date of receipt of the order to open the claim.

How to start the return

Write to us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage (Also include a photo of the outer packaging if it arrived damaged).
If we confirm the defect or damage, we will send you by email a prepaid return label and the instructions. Each order also includes a return document in the box in case it is more comfortable for you to use.
Up to you: full refund to the original means of payment, or free replacement with a new reprinted unit.

100% free return

In cases of defect or damage, the return it doesn't cost you anything: Return shipping is at our expense using the prepaid label we sent you.

When do you receive the money

As soon as you send us the tracking code of the return package, we process the refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. The money usually takes between 3 and 7 business days to appear depending on your bank.

If instead of a refund you choose replacement, we start manufacturing the new unit as soon as you send us the tracking, without waiting to physically receive it.

What we do not accept
