We use courier and postal services. We prepare and ship your personalised product after you approve the design preview.
One shipping charge per order
You pay one shipping charge per order, even if your products arrive in separate packages.

The minimum is based on the value of the products after discounts, excluding shipping. All products count towards the minimum, including stickers.
Jewelry: orders containing only jewelry ship free to Spain with no minimum. Orders combining jewelry with other products follow the general conditions in the table. Outside Spain, jewelry follows the general conditions.
Our Europe zone also includes European destinations outside the European Union. Availability for your address and the final total are shown before payment. We currently do not ship to Belarus, Russia, Ecuador or Venezuela.
Estimated times after design approval
- Mainland Spain: 5–7 business days.
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 7–10 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 7–12 business days.
For other destinations, contact us about delivery times before ordering. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Packages from the same order may arrive on different dates.
