Can I use a photo of a cat or another pet?
Yes. The portrait is based on the animal in your photo. A clear face, expression and visible details are what matter. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can the design include more than one pet?
The configurator includes one or two pets. Three or four add €15 to the product price. A separate clear photo of each animal helps us prepare the composition for your preview.
How early should I order?
Allow time for design review, your approval, production and shipping. We review the design within 24 business hours; a specific arrival date also depends on the product and destination. For a gift with a deadline, contact us before ordering and check our shipping information.
When is shipping free?
For general orders, free shipping starts at €50 in Spain, €70 in Europe and €90 in the other configured destinations, after discounts. Jewelry-only orders ship free to Spain with no minimum spend. Your cart shows the applicable delivery charge before payment.
