Terms and conditions of sale

1. Identity and contact

These terms govern purchases of personalised products on petecoart.com. The owner is Óscar Cardona Riera, trading as Petecoart, with an address at Carrer de Floridablanca 68, 08015 Barcelona, Spain. 2. Products and personalisation

Each product page specifies its characteristics, materials, dimensions, options and price. Before buying, check the option selected and the personalisation information. Provide a photograph you are entitled to use and accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice an error, tell us as soon as possible.

3. Ordering, payment and design approval

You pay when you place your order. Before confirming it, you can review the products, personalisation, total price and shipping charges. Payment is made using one of the methods available at checkout. Methods subject to eligibility depend on approval by the relevant provider.

After you order, Petecoart prepares and sends a digital preview of the portrait. Manufacture or printing of the personalised product begins after you approve the design. Preview approval takes place after payment; it does not defer the charge.

Check names, composition and other details before approving. You can request design changes before approval. If none of our proposals feels right and you decide not to approve the design, you can cancel before manufacture: we will immediately process a full refund of the order, including any shipping charges paid, to the original payment method. You do not have to accept a design you dislike. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several days; “immediately” refers to Petecoart processing the refund.

4. Prices and confirmation

Prices are expressed in euros and include the applicable taxes shown at checkout. The final amount, including delivery and any applicable discounts, is shown before you confirm your order. Keep your confirmation email and order number for any enquiries.

5. Manufacture and shipping

After preview approval, the order is printed and shipped in accordance with our shipping policy. Published timeframes are 5–7 business days for mainland Spain, 7–10 for the Balearic and Canary Islands, and 7–12 for the rest of Europe. Delivery availability and the cost for your address are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking when the order leaves the workshop. If there is an issue or delay, contact Petecoart to resolve it, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

6. Personalised products, returns and guarantee

Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for a change of mind, under Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This exception does not remove rights relating to defects, damage or lack of conformity, or the commercial guarantees offered by Petecoart.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us with your order details and photographs to help assess the issue. Remedies for lack of conformity will be free of charge as required by applicable law. Our returns policy explains the procedure.

Report defects, damage or printing errors as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt to help us handle the issue with our production provider. For lost packages, the operational timeframe is 30 days from the estimated delivery date. These timeframes do not limit the statutory guarantee or allow a legally valid claim to be rejected. In the event of a conflict, mandatory consumer rights prevail. Refunds due are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise validly agreed with the customer.

7. Privacy and complaints

Order data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to advertising or optional cookies. You may submit enquiries or complaints through the contact channels above, quoting your order number.

8. Applicable law and acceptance

Spanish law applies, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts competent under the law, without waiving the jurisdictional protections afforded to consumers. Before completing a purchase, you must be able to read and accept these terms. The version provided when you place your order applies.
