At PetecoArt, every personalized item is created especially for you, inspired by your pet and crafted with care.

Personalized Products

All personalized products are made to order using custom artwork of your pet.
For this reason:

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect item due to our error

• Damage during shipping

If this happens, please contact us at [info@petecoart.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Personalized Products

If the product is not personalized, you may return it within 14 calendar days, provided that:

• It has not been used

• It is in perfect condition

• It is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
