How does the custom portrait process work?
- Once you place your order and upload your pet’s photo, our artists start designing your artwork in the style you choose.
You’ll receive a digital preview to review and request changes. Only when you love it, we finalize and print it on your chosen product (print, mug, T-shirt, etc.).
Can I review the design before it’s printed?
Yes. You will always receive a preview of your artwork before we print anything.
You can request small adjustments (colors, background, details) so we make sure you truly fall in love with the final piece.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where:
Your pet’s face is fully visible
The image is not blurry or too dark
There are no heavy filters
Natural daylight near a window usually works best. If you’re not sure, you can upload 2–3 photos and we’ll help you choose.
Can you include more than one pet in the same artwork?
Yes. We can include two or more pets in the same portrait, as long as the photos have enough detail.
Just choose the correct option when you order and tell us their names and personalities in the notes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the product and your country, but typically:

Printing & processing: 2–4 business days
