Before printing, we always send you the digital design for you to approve, so when you receive the product you already know exactly what art it will have. That's why <strong>We do not accept returns due to a change of mind about the design.<\/strong> once approved.<\/p>\n<h3>When do we accept returns?<\/h3>\n<p>We accept returns and refunds in two specific cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Printing defect:<\/strong> The approved art does not match what was printed, there are stains, incorrect colors, misaligned cropping, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product damaged in shipping:<\/strong> The item arrives clearly broken, torn, stained or with any physical damage attributable to shipping or packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Deadline to claim<\/h3>\n<p>Have <strong>14 days from date of receipt<\/strong> of the order to open the claim.<\/p>\n<h3>How to start the return<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@petecoart.com\"><strong>info@petecoart.com<\/strong><\/a> with your order number and <strong>clear photos of the defect or damage<\/strong> (Also include a photo of the outer packaging if it arrived damaged).<\/li>\n<li>If we confirm the defect or damage, we will send you by email a <strong>prepaid return label<\/strong> and the instructions. Each order also includes a <strong>return document<\/strong> in the box in case it is more comfortable for you to use.<\/li>\n<li>Up to you: <strong>full refund<\/strong> to the original means of payment, or <strong>free replacement<\/strong> with a new reprinted unit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>100% free return<\/h3>\n<p>In cases of defect or damage, the return <strong>it doesn't cost you anything<\/strong>: Return shipping is at our expense using the prepaid label we sent you.<\/p>\n<h3>When do you receive the money<\/h3>\n<p>As soon as you send us the <strong>tracking code<\/strong> of the return package, we process the refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
